Sugar Beach was the perfect backdrop for & Kym & Christen’s wedding in Costa Rica.  The hotel is located right on the beach in the Guanacaste area.  This wedding week provided the opportunity to spend time with all the guests. Their theme “We Win Again” was prominent all week.Like so many couples today they met on line.  Visiting Costa Rica gave them the opportunity to look at many venues. They opted for Sugar Beach because of their love for nature and the privacy that the hotel provided. The celebration week started with family and friends joining the couple on a catamaran.The night before the wedding they greeted their guests at a Welcome BBQ which set the tone for the celebration. The wedding day started off with a yoga session.  Champagne flowed all day. Since June can be an “iffy” month Kym & Christen opted for an open tent and as luck would have it the weather cooperated.  A palm lined aisle with an arch and benches kept complimented the beach view for this wedding. The ceremony was held overlooking the beach and moved on to the reception in the main dining area. 

Orchids and driftwood with a lighting design of sheer fabric and twinkle lights overhead set the mood.DJ Luz kept everyone dancing until the end of the evening.  As Christen said “it was the best day ever.”
